Morning Power Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 large strawberries
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 medium size banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 remove stems from strawberries and wash.
  • 2 blend all ingredients in blender.
  • 3 until smooth.
  • 4 serve.
