Frozen Yogurt Pops

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (or frozen)

Recipe

  • 1 have ready 8 (3or4 oz)ice pop molds with sticks.
  • 2 puree yogurt,lemon juice,corn syrup,strawberries in blender or food processor .
  • 3 pours into molds,cover with tops and insert sticks.
  • 4 freeze at least 4 hours.
  • 5 remove tops from molds
  • 6 dip briefly in warm water
  • 7 gently pull pops out of mold.
