- 1/2 lb green beans
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Recipe
- 1 cook beans until tender. drain and set aside. saute onion and pepper in oil until soft. add tomatoes and spices. stir in beans. heat through.
