Morning Bright-eye Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 6 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • turbinado sugar, to taste (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into blender. pulse until frozen fruit is broken well. blend on high speed until smooth, stirring to ensure thorough mixing.
