Ingredients
- 5 cups sugar
- lavender flowers
- lavender, stems dried
Recipe
- 1 place the 5 cups of sugar in an airtight container.
- 2 layer lavender flowers and some lavender stems (washed and dried!) with the sugar.
- 3 every couple days, stir until the stems are completely dry.
- 4 remove the stems; you may leave the flowers in the sugar if you'd like.
