Lavender Sugar (to Use With Lavender Biscotti)

Ingredients

  • 5 cups sugar
  • lavender flowers
  • lavender, stems dried

Recipe

  • 1 place the 5 cups of sugar in an airtight container.
  • 2 layer lavender flowers and some lavender stems (washed and dried!) with the sugar.
  • 3 every couple days, stir until the stems are completely dry.
  • 4 remove the stems; you may leave the flowers in the sugar if you'd like.
