Cucumber Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorn
  • 1 quart vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 wash, slice but do not peel the cucumbers.
  • 2 place in a clean crock, stainless or enamel pot.
  • 3 add the peppercorns and sliced cukes in layers.
