Morning Fruit Shake

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 cups frozen mixed fruit
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt (any flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 cup strawberry soymilk
  • water, as needed

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into blender.
  • 2 process on high 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
