Strawberry-banana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients
- 8 ounces silken tofu
- 1 banana
- 8 strawberries
- 1/3 cup pineapple chunk (frozen fine)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to a blender, blending after each addition.
- 2 pour and enjoy!
- 3 hint: you might want to defrost any frozen ingredients prior to adding them to the blender.
- 4 alternative to silken tofu: 1/2 cup regular tofu, with 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, or soy milk) pre-processed in the blender works fine.
