Strawberry-banana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces silken tofu
  • 1 banana
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1/3 cup pineapple chunk (frozen fine)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to a blender, blending after each addition.
  • 2 pour and enjoy!
  • 3 hint: you might want to defrost any frozen ingredients prior to adding them to the blender.
  • 4 alternative to silken tofu: 1/2 cup regular tofu, with 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, or soy milk) pre-processed in the blender works fine.
