Morning Nog Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 strawberries or 1/4 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 3 -6 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until frothy.
