Swedish Egg Coffee

Ingredients
- 20 cups cold water
- 16 tablespoons regular grind coffee
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 measure water in to an enamel coffee pot.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 measure ground coffee into mixing bowl, add raw egg and mix well.
- 4 add this mixture into the boiling water.
- 5 reduce heat and stir well with long wooden spoon.
- 6 simmer coffee for two minutes.
- 7 boil hard for one minute.
- 8 let the coffee rest for one minute, then pour 1/4 cup cold water into the coffee to settle the grounds.
- 9 strain into a serving pot and serve.
