- 2 lbs zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dill, fresh,chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2/3 cup yogurt, plain
Recipe
- 1 saute onions and zucchini in olive oil over medium heat 5 minutes.
- 2 cover and cook 2- 3 more minutes, or until tender.
- 3 combine last 5 ingredients, pour on top.
- 4 serve immediately.
