Ingredients

- 1 1/2-2 cups skim milk
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) packet oatmeal (any flavor you'd like) or 1 cup raw oatmeal (any flavor you'd like)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 5 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 add everything but ice cubes to blender.
- 2 pulse a bit to mix oatmeal into the milk.
- 3 add ice cubes and blend until thickened.
