Ingredients

- 750 ml momokawa ruby sake
- english cucumber (peeled & sliced)
- mango juice (fresh or canned)
Recipe
- 1 pour sake into a pitcher & add 1/2 cucumber.
- 2 infuse sake with sliced cucumber overnight. mix equal parts of mango juice & cucumber-infused ruby saké.
- 3 shake with ice and serve straight up or over ice.
- 4 garnish with cucumber slice.
