Tangy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups red peppers, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
