Frozen Fruit Tart

Total Time: 4 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 -2 1/4 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 9 inches prepared graham cracker crusts
  • 12 ounces fresh blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Recipe

  • 1 whip yogurt and pour into piecrust.
  • 2 use the back of a spoon to smooth the yogurt evenly. place pie in freezer for 3 to 4 hours. remove and place fresh berries on top. replace in freezer for at least 20 minutes.
  • 3 dust the top with confectioners’ sugar. serve.
