Frozen Corn

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 ears corn
  • 2 quarts water

Recipe

  • 1 bring pot of water to boil.
  • 2 husk corn.
  • 3 add corn to boiling water.
  • 4 when the water returns to a boil, time for 5 minute
  • 5 remove corn and put in sink filled with cold water.
  • 6 when corn is cold remove from water.
  • 7 cut corn off cobs and put corn in freezer bags.
  • 8 suck out air with straw, seal bag and freeze.
