Ingredients

- dripping, from cooked sausage
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix in flour with drippings.
- 2 cook on medium heat until it appears to almost be burning. make sure its not clumpy.
- 3 quickly whisk in milk.
- 4 turn heat off.
- 5 keep on burner and whisk until thickened.
- 6 add salt and pepper.
- 7 serve over biscuits and enjoy!
