Grandma Prater's Sausage Biscuit Gravy

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • dripping, from cooked sausage
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix in flour with drippings.
  • 2 cook on medium heat until it appears to almost be burning. make sure its not clumpy.
  • 3 quickly whisk in milk.
  • 4 turn heat off.
  • 5 keep on burner and whisk until thickened.
  • 6 add salt and pepper.
  • 7 serve over biscuits and enjoy!
