Ingredients

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon honey, for topping
- 1/3 cup skim milk, for topping as well
Recipe
- 1 mix first three ingredients together in a pot and cook until thick.
- 2 place in a bowl and top with honey and skim milk.
