Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 use a zester to cut potatoes into long strips.
- 2 pay dry with absorbent paper.
- 3 heat oil in large, deep saucepan over med-high heat.
- 4 deep fry potato strings in batches for 2 minutes or until golden.
- 5 drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with your favourite flavourings.
- 6 note- flavouring ideas.
- 7 chilli and sea salt.
- 8 salt and vinegar.
- 9 chive and parmesan.
