- 4 ounces lemon low fat yogurt
Recipe
- 1 using a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries and sugar together.
- 2 slowly pour in the milk and yogurt and blend until frothy.
- 3 garnish with a lemon slice or sliced strawberry.
