- 10 serrano chilies

- 1/4 onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
Recipe
- 1 wash tomatillos and boil in water until they turn slightly yellow.
- 2 add chiles and boil 3-4 more minutes.
- 3 put into blender along with the remaining ingredients and blend.
- 4 option: add avocado.
