- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 (6 ounce) carton lemon low fat yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen blackberrie
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey or 1 -2 tablespoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 in blender, combine milk and yogurt; add frozen blueberries, blackberries and honey. cover and blend until smooth.
