Double Berry Smoothies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) carton lemon low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberrie
  • 1 -2 tablespoon honey or 1 -2 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 in blender, combine milk and yogurt; add frozen blueberries, blackberries and honey. cover and blend until smooth.
