Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled, and diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, seeded, peeled and diced small
- 1 tomato, diced (i used campari)
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped very fine
- juice of one lemon and one lime
- salt
Recipe
- 1 clean, dice or chop all the ingredients and put in a mixing bowl. juice the lemon and lime and toss. chill. serve with tortilla chips or with fish or chicken as a relish.
