Got Milk? Vanilla-banana Wellness Soothie Smoothie!

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 cups nonfat milk
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender container combine all ingredients, except mint.
  • 2 blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  • 3 pour into glasses.
  • 4 garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired.
