- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 large bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cube
Recipe
- 1 in a blender container combine all ingredients, except mint.
- 2 blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
- 3 pour into glasses.
- 4 garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired.
