Zippy Paste For Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup green onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 hot pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 blend into a paste.
  • 2 add more flour if too thin.
  • 3 rub all over your tenderloin!
