The 3 P Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup pear, diced
  • 1 peaches or 1/4 cup tinned peach
  • 3/4 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 100 g vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ice

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients together until smooth,.
  • 2 enjoy!
