Easy Fresh Smoothie

Total Time: 2 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 250 ml milk (i use low fat, high calcium uht)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or a mix) or 1/4 cup frozen raspberries (or a mix) or 1/4 cup frozen strawberries (or a mix) or 1/4 cup frozen blackberrie (or a mix)
  • 1 ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 whiz it all together in a blender.
  • 2 serve with a black straw and salty peanuts - my own bizarre preference.
