- 250 ml milk (i use low fat, high calcium uht)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or a mix) or 1/4 cup frozen raspberries (or a mix) or 1/4 cup frozen strawberries (or a mix) or 1/4 cup frozen blackberrie (or a mix)
- 1 ice cube
Recipe
- 1 whiz it all together in a blender.
- 2 serve with a black straw and salty peanuts - my own bizarre preference.
