Ingredients

- 1 lb raisins (3c)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 soak raisins in water for 2 hours.
- 2 boil slowly for 30 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
- 3 add sugar and vinegar.
- 4 cook on low for 45 more minutes.
- 5 serve hot on ham.
