Red Juice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 small cucumber (peeled if waxed)
  • 1 beet
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunk
  • 4 apples
  • 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 juice all, (i use vita-mix).
  • 2 strain if necessary for smooth texture.
  • 3 garnish with crushed ice and mint leaves.
  • 4 serve at once.
