The All Canadian Blueberry Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk (or whatever kind you like)
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, vanilla flavoured (nonfat is fine!)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender, combine milk, frozen blueberries, yogurt and honey.
  • 2 puree until smooth.
  • 3 pour into glasses.
  • 4 serve immediately.
