Ingredients

- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk (or whatever kind you like)
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup yogurt, vanilla flavoured (nonfat is fine!)
- 2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine milk, frozen blueberries, yogurt and honey.
- 2 puree until smooth.
- 3 pour into glasses.
- 4 serve immediately.
