Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (rind of 1 orange)
- 1 1/2 cups drained yogurt
Recipe
- 1 soften gelatin in .5 cups oj and heat until dissolved.
- 2 cool by adding remaining oj and zest.
- 3 put in freezer and bring to soft mush or do it in your ice cream maker.
- 4 add yogurt and beat until smooth. continue freezing till ready.
