Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1/2 pint skim milk
- 1/4 cup skim milk powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 banana, chopped (i always throw in a whole one)
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
- 1 put all the ingredients into a blender and blend!
- 2 you can of course use just about any fruit& flavoured low fat yogurt that you like.
