Raspberry And Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3/4 cup raspberries, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 apricot - peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • blend raspberries, yogurt, ice, apricot, honey, flax seeds, and lemon juice together in a blender until smooth.
