Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 cook briefly over low heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. taste and add more vinegar if necessary.
- 2 cool before serving, or use as a basting sauce.
