Rhubarb Punch

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • ginger ale

Recipe

  • 1 cover rhubarb with 1 quart water and cook until very soft.
  • 2 strain thru a cloth.
  • 3 return liquid to pan.
  • 4 add sugar, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • 5 add orange juice and lemon juice.
  • 6 chill.
  • 7 when ready to serve, mix with equal quantity and pour over ice.
