- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
Recipe
- 1 in a large frypan, heat olive oil over medium heat; cook walnuts for 2 minutes.
- 2 add onion, cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
- 3 add spinach, in batches; cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
