Rhubarb/raspberry Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh rhubarb
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 -3 ounce raspberry gelatin powder

Recipe

  • 1 cut rhubarb into 1/2" pieces.
  • 2 mix rhubarb with the sugar and let stand about 10 minutes.
  • 3 bring to a boil in medium saucepan for 7 minutes.
  • 4 remove from heat and add jello,mix well.
  • 5 you may have to skim foam from the top before pouring into jars.
  • 6 pour into jelly jars.
