Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh rhubarb
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 -3 ounce raspberry gelatin powder
Recipe
- 1 cut rhubarb into 1/2" pieces.
- 2 mix rhubarb with the sugar and let stand about 10 minutes.
- 3 bring to a boil in medium saucepan for 7 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat and add jello,mix well.
- 5 you may have to skim foam from the top before pouring into jars.
- 6 pour into jelly jars.
