Rhubarb Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rhubarb, chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 place rhubarb and water in saucepan and cook until rhubarb is soft.
  • 2 remove from heat and stir in sugar to taste (approximately 1 cup).
  • 3 can be served warm or cold as an accompaniment to a meal or as a family dessert.
