Ingredients
- 3 cups rhubarb, chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 place rhubarb and water in saucepan and cook until rhubarb is soft.
- 2 remove from heat and stir in sugar to taste (approximately 1 cup).
- 3 can be served warm or cold as an accompaniment to a meal or as a family dessert.
