Ingredients
- 12 large tomatoes, peeled & diced
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 large onions, diced
- 2 large bell peppers, diced
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in large dutch oven and heat to simmer.
- 2 stir frequently and simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until reduced to about half.
- 3 process in hot jars.
