Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 5 -6 cups of fresh bok choy, chopped (1 bunch)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 separate & wash bok choy, trim bottom of stalks & pat dry.
- 2 chop bok choy into desired width, set aside.
- 3 in frying pan heat olive oil & minced garlic on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- 4 add bok choy, toss to coat & cook approximately 10 minutes, tossing bok choy every minute or so.
