Wilted Garlic Bok Choy

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 -6 cups of fresh bok choy, chopped (1 bunch)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 separate & wash bok choy, trim bottom of stalks & pat dry.
  • 2 chop bok choy into desired width, set aside.
  • 3 in frying pan heat olive oil & minced garlic on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  • 4 add bok choy, toss to coat & cook approximately 10 minutes, tossing bok choy every minute or so.
