Ingredients

- 6 sweet potatoes
- 4 large carrots
- 1 pinch fresh nutmeg
- 1/4 cup honey
- salt and black pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel potatoes and carrots.
- 2 cut potatoes in half or quarters depending on size.
- 3 boil in salted water until softened (about 17-18 minutes).
- 4 run carrots and potatoes through a food mill or mash with masher.
- 5 add nutmeg, honey and salt and/or pepper to taste.
