Ingredients
- 2 cups dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 combine syrup, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium high heat. bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. remove from heat and stir in pecans and vanilla.
- 2 pour into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. adjust caps and process in 10 minute boiling water bath.
