Pina Colada Oatmeal (porridge) Low Fat

Ingredients
- 40 g porridge oats
- 250 ml skim milk
- 70 g canned pineapple chunks, drained
- 5 g desiccated coconut
Recipe
- 1 put the oats and milk in the bowl, microwave for around 2 minutes. (use a large bowl and keep an eye on it - it can easily overflow - you'll probably need to change this slightly for your own microwave).
- 2 add the pineapple to the top, microwave for 20 seconds.
- 3 add dessicated coconut. stir.
