Pina Colada Oatmeal (porridge) Low Fat

Total Time: 4 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 40 g porridge oats
  • 250 ml skim milk
  • 70 g canned pineapple chunks, drained
  • 5 g desiccated coconut

Recipe

  • 1 put the oats and milk in the bowl, microwave for around 2 minutes. (use a large bowl and keep an eye on it - it can easily overflow - you'll probably need to change this slightly for your own microwave).
  • 2 add the pineapple to the top, microwave for 20 seconds.
  • 3 add dessicated coconut. stir.
