Fresh Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 clean the strawberries and remove the stems.
  • 2 peel the bananas and break it into chunks.
  • 3 place the strawberries and the bananas into a blender.
  • 4 then add the fruit juice, ice cubes, and the honey.
  • 5 place the lid on the blender.
  • 6 fold a kitchen towel over the blender so that it drapes over the top.
  • 7 turn the blender on high and blend the shake until smooth.
  • 8 always keep your hand over the lid so that it doesn't come off.
