Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 large bananas
- 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons honey
Recipe
- 1 clean the strawberries and remove the stems.
- 2 peel the bananas and break it into chunks.
- 3 place the strawberries and the bananas into a blender.
- 4 then add the fruit juice, ice cubes, and the honey.
- 5 place the lid on the blender.
- 6 fold a kitchen towel over the blender so that it drapes over the top.
- 7 turn the blender on high and blend the shake until smooth.
- 8 always keep your hand over the lid so that it doesn't come off.
