Ingredients

- 2 whole ripe papayas, at room temperature
- 2 -3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup bacardi rum
Recipe
- 1 peel and cube the papayas into bite-size pieces.
- 2 sprinkle with the sugar and mix together gently.
- 3 add the rum.
- 4 mix together and let sit for about five minutes to absorb the flavour.
- 5 serve or let sit in the refrigerator for later.
