Ingredients
- 1 ripe papaya, diced (about 1 lb)
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Recipe
- 1 place papaya in a 9 inch square baking pan and freeze for about an hour.
- 2 place all ingredients into your food processor and process until smooth.
- 3 pour into a container and freeze for at least one more hour.
