Ingredients

- 32 ounces spaghetti squash
- 1 1/2 cups chopped sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes
- 2/3 cup dry wine
- 1 teaspoon dried fennel seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
