Two Point Pumpkin Pie

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (7/8 ounce) box sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 4 egg whites

Recipe

  • 1 mix cold water and pudding mix together until there are no lumps.
  • 2 beat eggs until nice and frothy.
  • 3 add spice to pumpkin.
  • 4 fold in pudding mix and eggs.
  • 5 pour into pie shell and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 6 serve with fat free whipped topping.
