Tamarind Chutney

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • cilantro, chopped to garnish

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all of the ingredients together and garnish with as much or as little cilantro as you like.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 3 this keep well in the fridge.
  • 4 enjoy!
