Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
 - 5 tablespoons water
 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - cilantro, chopped to garnish
 
Recipe
- 1 whisk all of the ingredients together and garnish with as much or as little cilantro as you like.
 - 2 cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
 - 3 this keep well in the fridge.
