Ingredients

- 3 cups navy beans, cooked
- 1/4 cup light molasses
- 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce (or to taste)
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons rum
Recipe
- 1 chop onion and saute until soft.
- 2 combine with all the other ingredients, including a little of the water from cooking the beans.
- 3 bake, covered at 350f for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
